MATERIALS & CONSTRUCTION

FULL-GRAIN LEATHER
We source only full-grain leather — the strongest, most natural layer of the hide. It develops a patina unique to its owner over time.

HAND-STITCHED EDGES
Every edge is burnished and stitched by hand. No shortcuts. The kind of finishing you feel before you see it.

SOLID BRASS HARDWARE
We use solid brass — not plated zinc. It ages beautifully, resists corrosion, and carries weight without feeling heavy.

LINEN LINING
Interiors lined in natural linen. Breathable, durable, and honest — a material that wears as well as the outside.

THE PROCESS
Five steps.
No skipped ones.
Every bag follows the same sequence. The order is not arbitrary — each step depends on the precision of the last.

PATTERN & DESIGN
Each design begins on paper. Proportions are refined by hand until the silhouette feels inevitable — neither too much nor too little.

MATERIAL SELECTION
Hides are inspected individually. We choose by feel, grain, and character — never by the meter.

CUTTING & SKIVING
Each panel is cut to pattern and skived at the edges to allow clean folds and even seams. No laser cutting. Every piece is hand-guided.

ASSEMBLY & STITCHING
Components are assembled in sequence, stitched with waxed thread on a single-needle machine. Stress points are reinforced twice.

FINISHING
Edges are burnished, hardware is set, and the piece is conditioned with natural beeswax. Then it rests before it ships.

OUR STORY
It started simply — Abril sketching shapes on napkins, Hector sourcing leathers on weekends. What began as a personal obsession became something we couldn't keep to ourselves.
Every bag we make carries the weight of that origin: two people who care deeply about the object in your hands, the way it opens, the way it ages, the way it eventually becomes inseparable from your life.
We're not a factory. We're not a brand trying to be everywhere. We're a studio that makes things slowly, carefully, and with genuine pride.
